These "prestigious medical association" such as the American Mussolini Association and the American Assassins of Pediatrics are nothing more than mercenaries of big Pharma and their wealthy backers. They are whores who took the money in exchange for broadcasting the message of their corporate sponsors. They know what they are doing, most thoughtful members of these captured organized know what they are doing. We can only hope and pray that the Supreme Court will perceive what they are doing too.

I hope the Supreme Court shuts down the government's meddling with corporations and free speech and chastise the agencies involved. I know the internet is full of foolishness, but who decides? As David pointed out, different countries had different Covid policies. So, should FB or Twitter have blocked health officials from Europe because they differed from the CDC? This is a difficult problem, but the government working with media to block free speech is not the answer.

The jaded-sarcastic response is to ask: "Since when are the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Medical Association experts on constitutional law and free speech?"

Did anyone submit Amici briefs pointing any of this out? Is it too late to?

Methinks that “American medicine” is dead and it’s not coming back any time soon.

Let's not kid ourselves: These amici curiae are really amici pharmacy corporations. Like so much of today's ostensibly noble woke ideology, whether it is DEI or SDG's, the not very well hidden agenda in these exhortations is to support the moneyed interests. The window dressings of honor and nobility fail to obscure for the discerning observer the nefarious ulterior motives behind these virtue-signally gestures. We can only the hope that the court sees through the chicanery, which presumably in this world of government liars and their well paid apologists, they should by now be well aware of.

“There is lawyerly wiggle room in some of the above claims”

I don’t see any wiggle room. Those 3 statements are demonstrably false. The original Pfizer study (rigged for maximal positive outcome as it was) only demonstrated 95% efficacy against symptomatic disease. Also, one participant in the study’s vaccine arm died of Covid. They knew what they were saying was untrue.
